Products, Pricing & Availability

• We may change products, descriptions, or prices at any time.
• We may limit or refuse any order (including suspected reseller orders).
• Colors and images shown online may vary by display.

Shipping & Territories

• No shipping to the United States. U.S. orders placed on this global site will be canceled and refunded.
• For domestic South Korea orders, please use arokor.com.
• Recipients are responsible for all local taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties, brokerage/clearance, and import fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Fragrances and other alcohol-based items are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG); DG surcharges or extended timelines may apply.
• If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, address-incorrect, or duties/taxes go unpaid, any refund will be minus outbound shipping and handling, plus return shipping/fees if incurred. If carriers or customs dispose of DG, no refund is possible.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

• We may cancel or limit quantities per customer, household, card, or address.
• We may contact you via the email/phone provided to verify or modify an order.
• Please keep your account, email, and payment details current and accurate.

Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, text, images, designs, code) is owned by Arokor Inc. or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. No unauthorized use.
