This website is operated by Arokor Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Arokor Inc.

Arokor Inc. offers this website, including all information, features, products, services, and tools available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.

By visiting the site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms or the incorporated policies, you should not access the site or place an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

Online Store Terms

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site or place an order.
• You may not use our products, services, or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.
• You may not violate any applicable local, national, or international law, regulation, ordinance, or third-party right.
• You may not transmit malware, viruses, worms, malicious code, or any other material designed to interfere with the site or related systems.
• A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access, cancellation of orders, or other remedies available to Arokor Inc.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or terminate transactions when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, policy violations, payment risk, carrier restrictions, regulatory noncompliance, or other harm to Arokor Inc., its customers, or third parties.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or commercially use any portion of the site or Service without our prior written permission.

Headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of any provision.

Products, Descriptions, Pricing & Availability

• Product offerings, prices, promotions, descriptions, packaging, specifications, and availability may change at any time without notice.
• We may limit quantities, restrict sales by person, household, account, payment method, shipping address, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and refuse suspected unauthorized reseller or fraudulent orders.
• All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site or at checkout and may exclude duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and other destination-based costs.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, packaging, finishes, dimensions, and images accurately, but appearance may vary by device, production batch, manufacturer update, lighting, or packaging revision.
• Minor variations in bottle finish, box design, label placement, batch coding, fragrance coloration, or presentation packaging do not necessarily indicate a defect or authenticity issue.
• We do not guarantee that every product or service will remain available, be restocked, or be eligible for shipment to every destination.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Information on the site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other matters.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse transactions when information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted or payment authorization has been received.

Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. Arokor Inc. may review payment, inventory, address information, fraud indicators, carrier eligibility, dangerous-goods restrictions, customs requirements, and other fulfillment conditions before accepting and dispatching an order.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing error, inventory shortage, payment failure, policy violation, destination restriction, import restriction, carrier refusal, dangerous-goods limitation, or suspected unauthorized resale activity.

If we cancel an order before shipment, we will generally issue an applicable refund to the original payment method. The timing of the credit may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Accuracy of Billing, Shipping & Account Information

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, customs, and payment information.
• You authorize us to contact you using the email address or telephone number provided to verify, process, modify, or deliver your order.
• We may limit or cancel quantities associated with the same customer, household, account, card, billing address, shipping address, or other identifying information.
• You are responsible for updating account and contact information promptly.
• You are responsible for costs, delays, delivery failures, or returns caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or misleading information.

Shipping & Territories

Arokor Inc. ships to the United States and select international destinations. For domestic South Korea orders, please use arokor.com.

Available destinations, shipping methods, rates, delivery estimates, product eligibility, and carrier services may vary based on location, package size, product classification, dangerous-goods rules, and local import requirements.

• Recipients are responsible for all applicable VAT/GST, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance fees, storage charges, state or local taxes, and other destination-based costs unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
• Fragrances and alcohol-based products may be classified as dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or limited-quantity items and may require special packaging, surcharges, documentation, routing, or extended transit times.
• Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may be lawfully imported, possessed, and received in the destination jurisdiction.
• Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, labor disruptions, government action, dangerous-goods handling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Complimentary & Promotional Shipping

Complimentary or promotional free shipping applies only to the qualifying original outbound shipment. It does not waive duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, carrier fees, return shipping costs, dangerous-goods charges, or other destination-based expenses.

If an order that received complimentary or promotional shipping is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned as undeliverable, returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned because the recipient failed to pay required import charges or comply with customs requirements, the actual original outbound shipping cost incurred by Arokor Inc. may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refused, Unclaimed, Abandoned & Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, returned because the recipient failed to respond to a carrier or customs authority, or returned because required duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees, or import costs were not paid, any refund will be subject to inspection and applicable deductions.

Any eligible refund may be reduced by the original outbound shipping cost, including the actual cost incurred by Arokor Inc. for an order that qualified for free shipping, together with any return shipping, carrier charges, customs costs, brokerage fees, storage fees, handling charges, administrative expenses, or disposal fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the combined charges equal or exceed the refundable merchandise value, no refund may remain available.

If a carrier, customs authority, or local agency abandons, confiscates, destroys, or disposes of a dangerous-goods shipment, no refund may be possible.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and non-returnable products are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fragrance and alcohol-based products are not eligible for return once opened, sprayed, tested, used, altered, decanted, leaking, or removed from their complete original packaging.

Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. Returned merchandise must be received, inspected, and approved before any refund or exchange is issued.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, been packed, had shipping or dangerous-goods documents prepared, or been transferred to a carrier.

If an order can no longer be canceled, the customer must follow the applicable return process after delivery. Shipping charges, carrier fees, payment-processing costs, dangerous-goods expenses, and other nonrecoverable charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Promotions, Discount Codes & Gifts

Promotional offers, discount codes, free gifts, complimentary samples, bundles, and shipping incentives may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, transferred, or used more than once per eligible customer or order.

We may cancel or adjust a promotion or order when there is misuse, fraud, technical error, unintended stacking, pricing error, or violation of promotional terms.

Optional Third-Party Tools & Services

The site may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment providers, carriers, integrations, or services that we do not own or control.

Third-party tools and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties by Arokor Inc. Your use of them may be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy practices.

Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for examining, evaluating, endorsing, or guaranteeing third-party content, products, practices, policies, availability, or security.

Any use of or transaction with a third party is undertaken at your own discretion and subject to that third party’s terms.

User Content, Reviews & Submissions

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, suggestions, ideas, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not violate any law, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or other third-party right.

You grant Arokor Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, display, distribute, and adapt submitted content for business, marketing, customer-service, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove or decline content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Personal Information

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including trademarks, trade names, logos, text, photographs, graphics, product presentation, videos, designs, page layouts, software, code, and other materials, is owned by Arokor Inc., its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or applicable rights holders and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, exploited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party brand names, product names, trademarks, and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification, description, and lawful retail purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
• To violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights
• To submit false, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or harmful content
• To transmit malware, malicious code, spam, phishing messages, or harmful automated requests
• To scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, monitor, or extract site content or customer data without authorization
• To interfere with security features, authentication, payment systems, checkout processes, or site functionality
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, billing information, or shipping information
• To purchase products through fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unauthorized resale methods

Fraud Prevention & Verification

We may use fraud-prevention systems, payment verification, identity checks, address verification, order-pattern review, and other lawful measures to protect transactions and customers.

We may request additional information or documentation before processing an order. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in an order hold or cancellation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Arokor Inc. before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback does not automatically create refund eligibility and does not override these Terms, our policies, delivery records, tracking information, proof of policy acceptance, or payment-provider procedures.

We may submit order records, customer communications, payment information, policy acceptance records, tracking events, delivery confirmation, photographs, and other relevant evidence when responding to a dispute.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site, Service, information, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from harmful components, or that all content will always be complete, accurate, or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arokor Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from use of the site, products, services, third-party services, shipping, customs processing, carrier delays, or inability to use the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, and those provisions will not apply where prohibited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arokor Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the site, fraudulent conduct, or failure to comply with import, customs, dangerous-goods, or delivery requirements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Arokor Inc. You may stop using the site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or abusive conduct, created payment or security risk, or misused the Service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing-law provisions—will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Arokor Inc. regarding use of the site and purchases made through it, superseding prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the same subject matter.

A failure by Arokor Inc. to exercise or enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements through which Arokor Inc. provides products or services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.

Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless otherwise stated or required by law. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
