Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains how Arokor Inc. manages returns, exchanges, and refunds for global orders. We do not ship to the United States. For domestic South Korea orders, please use arokor.com.

Eligibility

  • Request within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Fragrances/alcohol-based products (DG) cannot be returned if opened/used.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@arokor.com with order number, reason, and photos if damaged/incorrect.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address/instructions.
  3. Ship securely in original packaging with tracking; keep the receipt.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless we sent a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—in those cases, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected for eligibility.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/issuer to post the credit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect).

Exchanges

If inventory allows, exchanges ship after your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances/alcohol-based (DG) products
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Final-sale or clearance items where marked

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, address-incorrect, or duties/taxes remain unpaid, any refund will be minus outbound shipping and any return shipping/fees. If DG parcels are disposed of by carriers or customs, no refund is possible.
