Rates & Free Shipping

• Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight/volume.
• Complimentary shipping on orders of USD $300 or more.

Dangerous Goods (DG)

• Fragrances/alcohol-based products ship as DG; a carrier DG surcharge or longer transit may apply.
• If a destination restricts DG, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Refused/Undeliverable Shipments

If you decline delivery for any reason, provide an incorrect address, or do not pay duties/taxes, you will be charged the original outbound shipping plus any return shipping/fees. If carriers or customs dispose of DG parcels, no refund is possible.
